The result of the debate was: Speedily deleted - hoax, useless article with no context.

Probable hoax. It was prodded but the creator removed the prod tag and the hoax warning without adding sources or anything. Delete as unverifiable. (Note that as much as I like prod, it doesn't work so well for bad-faith articles, since the creator just removes the tag, so hoaxes should probably come straight here anyway.)
