Article about a skyscraper in Delhi that won't be built till 2013. The article states that approval has been granted (no word on funding), but I can't find any reference to this on the municipal website [1]. Google returns a mess but nothing concrete except the article referenced on the page [2]. As it stands, unverifiable. Randwicked 08:20, 29 November 2005 (UTC)
