While there are other members of the Congdon family who may meet the Wikipedia biographical guidelines I find nothing to suggest that Edward Chester Congdon meets these guidelines and nothing in the article suggests this is the case. Delete.--Isotope23 20:44, 22 November 2006 (UTC)
