• Merge what can be salvaged to Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District and Discovery Institute. The article, as it is, contains a POV against the Discovery Institute's petition. While I have no sympathy for the Discovery Institute, I follow WP:NPOV and I think it best the content to put in higher traffic and better cared for articles.-- danntm ^T _C 01:53, 4 September 2006 (UTC)

• Merge, to A Scientific Dissent From Darwinism, because it's a duplicate, (there's nothing scientific about it btw, they all deny evolution for religious reasons, the wording of the statement is weak, vague and ambiguous), but unfortunately it is notable.
