[edit] Cuba based espionage and destabilization operations

This is at least the fourth article on the same topic (History of Cuban espionage) that the creator has made this week. Two previous ones have been submitted to AfD's and I'm submitting this one as it is both redundant and given its unwieldy title not suitable for simply making into a redirect.
