Tagged as empty, which it wasn't really as it had been blanked as copyvio, but past experience leads me to the view that PR statements are not regarded as really copyvios. In the end this is apparently spam, but for the avoidance of doubt I invite the community to judge it on its merits. Just zis Guy, you know? [T]/[C]
