Maybe it could be sunk into a generic cloven fruit page? However, the title of the game is often shortened to just 'cloved lemon' (giving 1,010 hits on Google) which is still giving enough difference between it, and pomanders made from cloved oranges. Of course, I'm just an anonymous poster, so feel free to ignore me.
