Nom & vote Del. Google search produces hits at 7 non-WP sites. Consistent with self-promotion. (Newcomer IP doing only creation of this article and additions of links to it, on appropriate and utterly inappropriate pages. Pending explanations, i offer them no further presumption of good intent.)
