- Coverage and factuality: 5 - Coverage is thorough, but not supported by citation, especially a problem with the Politics section. Coverage of the current political situation could be expanded. Demographics, Language, and Religion should be expanded. Culture is inadequete. Miscellaneous topics might be better integrated into the body of the article, maybe at the ends of sections.
- Writing style: 7 - Most of the article is uniformly very good; Religion, Culture. and Trivia are somewhat uneven in quality.
- Structure: 8 - Overall structure is very good. No need to link Madagascar-U.S. Business Council, but instead link ilmenite, and even litchies, that the average reader might want to know more about.
- Aesthetics: 8 - Very good; Pictures are excellent, maps fair, layout very good. Too many red links that will probably never be articles.
- Overall: 7
