Tokyo, September 22, 1967: Boston Pops conductor Arthur Fiedler leads the Yomiuri Symphony Orchestra in a rehearsal. Fiedler, 73, was training the orchestra "to play his kind of music," a Stripes story reported, on an upcoming eight-week, 48-town concert tour of the U.S. and Canada.
