The raionale is that the image is quite widespread and has been seen on many sites, its author is KNOWN, and I am awaiting his answer, other site-masters have said that he does not mind distribution of the image, but I though to play it safe and prior to uploading it to commons, have a temporary fair-use in wiki.

The image depicts a station on the Kryvyi Rih Metro Tram.
