Artur Dmitriev (Russian: Артур Валерьевич Дмитриев, born 21 January 1968) is a World and Olympic pairs figure skating champion. After Mishkutenok decided to retire, Dmitriev found a new parter, Oksana Kazakova. The pair won the European Championships in 1996. They then won the gold at the 1998 Olympics. This made Dmitriev the first male skater to win the pairs event twice with different partners.
