Arthur Owen (March 21, 1915 in Forest Gate, London - April 13, 2000 in Wexham Street, Buckinghamshire) was a Formula One driver from England. He participated in one World Championship Grand Prix, the 1960 Italian Grand Prix, driving a privately-entered Cooper. He retired from the race with suspension damage and scored no championship points.

In 1962, Owen won the British Hill Climb Championship at the wheel of a Cooper-Climax T53.
