Arthur Latham

Arthur Charles Latham (born 14 August 1930) is a British Labour Party politician.
Latham was elected Member of Parliament (MP) for Paddington North in a 1969 by-election, which he served until 1974 when the seat was abolished in boundary changes. He was then MP for Paddington, which he lost in 1979 to the Conservative John Wheeler by 106 votes (just 0.3% of the total).
