Arthur Holden is a Canadian voice actor, born in Montreal. He is best known for playing the "head office guy" in Fries with That? and voicing Mr. Ratburn in Arthur. He also voices Baba-Miao in Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat.

He also appears in movies such as The Bone Collector, The Sum of All Fears, and The Aviator.
