Arthur Eugster

Arthur Eugster (April 5, 1863 - January 7, 1922) was a Swiss politician of Appenzell Ausserrhoden, President of the Swiss National Council for the year 1915/1916.
Eugster was awarded the Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting, in 1975.
