Arthur D. "Bull" Simons

(28 June 1918 - 21 May 1979) United States Army special forces officer, principly known for two events: Operation Ivory Coast, a raid intended to free American prisoners of war on the Son Tay prison camp in North Vietnam on 21 November 1970, and the rescue of two Electronic Data Systems employees held hostage in Iran in February 1979.
