Arthur Brooks - (Born in Guelph, Ontario) was a Canadian Professional Hockey Goaltender who played 1 season in the National Hockey League for the Toronto Arenas.

Brooks only appeared in 4 NHL games between the pipes during the inaugural 1917-18 season. Brooks played for the Toronto Blueshirts of the NHA the year before in 1916-17.
