ARTV is a Canadian French-language cable television specialty channel specializing in the arts and culture; including music, dance, theatre, visual arts, movies, and select hit television series including Ally McBeal and The L Word. The channel launched on September 1, 2001.

ARTV holds a category 2 digital licence; however, cable systems in all French-language television markets have to carry the service on analogue.
