ARTA
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
ARTA (Auckland Regional Transport Authority) is the public transport organization of Auckland, New Zealand. It was established in 2004 to help find solutions to the traffic challenges facing the rapidly growing Auckland region.
ARTA is under the umbrella of the Auckland Regional Council (ARC), and about 1/3rd of the ARCs money goes to fund public transport via ARTA [citation needed].
