Created by User:Lamerlol apparently a student at Hwa Chong Institution - the initial version is questionable (no obvious gHits) and refers to Nicholas Capel. At around the same time he posts a vandal change to Domestic goat Revision as of 2006-10-04T00:30:32 :

This is a name in chinese which is commonly used to describe young goats. It also happens to be a popular name within the class 2h of hwachong institution. Xiaoyang in fact is a fat goatlike boy who is obsessed with an indian called Nicholas Capel. Many wonder this wierd obsession but it is a fact that such obsession exists.
