Army Cadet Fitness Test

The Army Cadet Fitness Test (ACFT) is a test taken by members of the RCAC (Royal Canadian Army Cadets.)
It consists of four portions:
- a 20m shuttle run (Beep Test)
- push-ups
- sit-ups
- long jump
Formerly, Chin-Ups were part of the test, but they were taken out, and replaced.
