Armando Gutierrez Jr (born September 11, 1981 Miami, FL) is a prominent investor and Republican public figure.
Armando Gutierrez Jr, was born in Miami, Florida. He attended Florida International University and graduated with his Bachelors from the University of Miami 03. Where he founded the University of Miami College Republican Chapter. Gutierrez Jr, was elected state chairman of the college republicans in 2001-2002. Was also a member of Pi Sigma Alpha & Sigma Phi Epsilon.
Gutierrez Jr, is the President and founder of the Gutierrez Group, an investment company specializing in acquisition and development of real estate in Florida.
Gutierrez Jr, is known for his fight to save the Freedom Tower (Miami) from demolition. Gutierrez Jr, currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Miami Dade County Historic Preservation Board.
Gutierrez Jr, has interned for United States Senator Bill Nelson, Miami Dade County Commission Chairman Joe Martinez, & United States District Judge Ursula Ungaro Benages. Gutierrez Jr, is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy.
Gutierrez Jr, is the son of hispanic activist Armando Gutierrez.
