Armando Javier Dely Valdés (* 5 January, 1964 - † 16 August 2004) was a Panamanian football player. He was the elder brother of twins Julio Dely Valdes and Jorge Dely Valdés.
Nicknamed "el Pelé Panameño", he played for CD Árabe Unido in his homeland. Other teams he played for include Argentinos Juniors and Instituto de Cordoba in Argentina, Penarol and Liverpool in Uruguay and Beitar Tel Aviv in Israel.
He died of a pulmonary infection in the Manuel Amador Guerrero Hospital in Colón. After his death, the Panamanian Football Federation decided to rename the Árabe Unido football stadium to Estádio Armando Dely Valdés.
He also played for the Panama national football team.
