Armadale is a railway station located on the Frankston, Pakenham and Cranbourne lines, part of Melbourne, Australia's metropolitan railway system. It is 7.4 km from Melbourne's central railway station, Flinders Street Station and is in Metcard Zone 1.[citation needed] It is located between Morey Street and Cheel Street in the suburb of Armadale. It is close to Armadale's shopping strip on High Street and Lauriston Girls School. Most trains going through Armadale run express past the station.[citation needed]

There is a small milk bar called the 'Armadale Deli' which occupies an old building attached to the side of the station.
