Falanx is a Norwegian company located in Trondheim. Falanx develops graphics accelerators for OpenGL three-dimensional rendering as well as for MPEG4 video, with emphasis on low electric power consumption, suitable for use in portable devices like mobile phones. Falanx only licenses its technology as intellectual property (IP), rather than manufacturing its own chips. Their main product is called MALI (which means small in Croatian).

The company was acquired in June 2006 by ARM Holdings.
