Arjei Franklin (born April 25, 1982 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a Canadian professional football wide receiver in the Canadian Football League who has played for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Franklin is also an alumni of Agincourt Collegiate Institute.

Franklin was drafted by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the 2006 CFL Canadian Draft, 3rd round, 19th overall, after starring at University of Windsor.

College: All-time leading receiver in Windsor history. Most touchdowns and all-purpose yards in team history. Three-time Lancer MVP. Windsor Male Athlete of the Year in 2005. All-Canadian and OUA First Team All-Star in 2005.
