[edit] John Paulk Fact qualified
You noted a note for regarding John Paulk and the Washington DC bar incident in his article. The incident has been cited in the past, however it gets removed periodically. The last Wikipedian to remove it was User: Crumbsucker. Also, Wayne Beeson's book, Anything But Straight is also listed in the Sources section, but you are quite correct that it needs to be sourced in the article in the proper format.
