Aritzo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 80 km north of Cagliari and about 40 km southwest of Nuoro. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,445 and an area of 75.7 km².[1]
Aritzo borders the following municipalities: Arzana, Belvì, Desulo, Gadoni, Laconi, Meana Sardo, Seulo.
