Arirang TV

Arirang TV (아리랑 TV) is an international broadcast network based in Seoul, South Korea, operated by The Korea International Broadcasting Foundation. Arirang TV provides English-language information on current events, culture and the history of Korea. The term "Arirang" is taken from a traditional Korean folk song. The channel is free-to-air in much of Europe and North America, Asia (Excluding Korea), Australia and Pacific Region provided via Astra 1E, Hotbird 3, PAS 2, 8, 9 and 10. While on Arabic viewers seen on Sattelite AsiaSat 3 and ArabSat 2D. Arirang TV also provides a wide range of VOD (video on demand) services, which allow to watch show and broadcast via the internet.

Arirang TV is a public service agency that spreads the uniqueness of Korea to the world through cutting-edge broadcasting mediums. Arirang TV's objective is to burnish Korea's image in international communities and to improve relationships with foreign countries through close cooperation with broadcasting companies overseas.

Arirang Radio, Korea's premier English-language radio station, was founded by the Korea International Broadcasting Foundation in 1996. Our goal is to present Korea to both domestic and international listeners. We can be heard throughout the peninsula via digital multimedia broadcasting (DMB), and on FM radio in Jeju-do Island, one of Korea's hottest tourist destinations.

Arirang Radio is committed to promoting Korean culture, tourism, and the arts with our original and engaging programs.

Our target audience consists of Korean nationals interested in English-language radio, foreign residents, and tourists. In addition to breaking news and travel tips, our listeners can expect to hear a complete spectrum of music, from chart-topping pop music to golden oldies.
