Arif Erdem (born 1972) is a Turkish striker. He played 349 league matches for Galatasaray and scored 105 goals. He played 86 in european cups and scored 16 goals. He also played 60 times for national team and scored 11 goals.
Arif is famous for having scored the fastest international hat-trick against Northern Ireland during the 2000 European Championships campaign.
Except playing half a season in Spain, he played for 14 years at Galatasaray. He was one of the most important players in the squad which won UEFA cup in 2000.
Arif Erdem has announced his retirement at 2005.
