Argyle Secondary School is a secondary school located in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It offers both English and French Immersion programs. Argyle has a very long waiting list for enrollment, sometimes having to turn away students from inside its own catchment area. This is because of its strong reputation in the arts, large French immersion program, and the desire of students from other high schools to move into the semestered system.

Argyle's music program is know for being one of the best in the province. Over 50% of the student population participates in some form of musical acitivty within the school. Argyle's Senior Bands travel the world performing at an mediocre level. The band teacher, who shall remain unnamed, is widely suspected of displaying sexual interest some senior female choir members.

Argyle is noted for its Basketball, Rugby, Cross Country, Ultimate Frisbee and Soccer teams. Also noted is the Senior Girls' soccer team's domination of opponents. The girls' soccer team had at one point won the provincial championships 5 years in a row. Another recent provincial championship coming from this prestigious school came courtesy of the Senior Boys' basketball team in the 2003-04 season at the Triple A level. Argyle X-Country Running has also been very successful, sealing a 5th North Shore Championships in a row; winning 3 of the 4 race categories.

Argyle Secondary is reputed to have very good teachers and a high academic level. Argyle not only teaches French as a class, but also offers Spanish and German.

Argyle has a reputable theatre program offering programs in acting, directing and stagecraft and performing sold out shows in the James Buchanon Theatre every year.

Argyle, like every other school in North Vancouver, has begun to phase out unhealthy choices on its cafeteria menu, to take out unhealthy snacks from vending machines, and to replace them with healthier choices. Argyle is also trying to encourage a more active lifestyle.
