Arethuseae is a mid-sized tribe of orchids in the subfamily Epidendroideae. The tribe was initially categorized by John Lindley in 1840. Its largest subtribes at Arethusinae and Bletiinae, in addition to the smaller subtribes Sobraliinae and Thuniinae.
