Arenig railway station

Arenig railway station was a railway station in Wales. It closed to passenger services on 2nd January 1960 and freight services on 27th January 1961.
The site was taken over by the adjacent quarry after closure and although the platforms and station buildings survived in a derelict state until the early 1980s, no trace of the station remains today.
