Ardei umpluţi (IPA: [ar.'dej um.'pluʦʲ]) is Romanian for "stuffed peppers". Ardei umpluţi, in the Romanian cuisine, are usually prepared with bell peppers (or a similar species) stuffed with ground meat, usually pork, and other vegetables and spices.
