If the Arbitration Committee is going to only preside over a certain area, it must have the ability to defer matters appropriately elsewhere. Although not really necessary to add anything to this effect, just a nice thing to include. --AllyUnion (talk) 08:17, 15 Mar 2005 (UTC)

The Committee shall defer all matters regarding all other Wikimedia Foundation projects that is not in its scope to the appropriate equivalent Arbritration Committee(s).
