I only upload images I own. The menus for choosing the licensing mode suck; a lot of times I choose from the menu and it doesn't 'take'. If I'm uploading a bunch of images it's easy to miss one.

If you find an image that isn't licensed with "Creative Commons", just send me an email and I'll fix it. No need to give me the whole lecture on copyrights; I got it.
