April Scott

April Scott (born January 29, 1979 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri) is an actress and model. She is winner of 85 beauty pageants. She attended a private Christian College in Point Lookout, MO and graduated in 2001 with a BS in Theater with a minor in rhetoric. She later moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. During her first week in L.A., she landed an agent, and within 2 months, she got her own Screen Actors Guild card.

April's acting career includes shows like:Entourage, The Shield, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, and CSI: Miami. She also hosted ESPN2's new show, The Hook, where she interviews extreme sports athletes.

April was also cast as the sole female in Mötley Crüe's video If I Die Tomorrow.

In April's modeling career, she is the new face of Merle Norman Cosmetics. She appeared in all of Norman's ads and commercials. She also shot Dreamgirl Lingerie's latest catalog and ad campaign. She was also named 2006's Girl to Watch in the December 2005 issue of Maxim.

April also appeared in several billboards for Coors Light, Bud Light, and David Spade's Comedy Central show, The Showbiz Show with David Spade. April appeared in on a billboard with Spade advertising the show.

She also shot for numerous calendars and numerous ad campaigns for several companies. April has also graced the cover of numerous magazines, most recently Fitness RX (September 2006 issue) as well as Import Tuner (October 2006 issue).

In 2006, April became one of the caseholder models for NBC's hit game show, Deal or No Deal. She always holds case #14.

In May 2006, April was listed in People Magazine's 100 Most Beautiful People.

In the upcoming movie The Dukes of Hazzard: The Beginning , April will be playing the role of a young Daisy Duke which was previously portrayed by Jessica Simpson in the first movie.[1]
