April Matson (born June 20, 1985 in California) is an American actress.
She is best known for the ABC Family cable television network series, Kyle XY, which also airs on the ABC broadcast network. She was also featured on the Fox network television series, Quintuplets alongside Andy Richter, and in the 2005 film short, Forsaken.
She trained at the Elsinore Theatre, the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, and also studied sketch comedy at The Second City troupe's school in Los Angeles. Matson has honed her acting skills in numerous theatrical productions, a rejected pilot for MTV, and several independent films. In 2002, Matson made a guest appearance on American Dreams. Most recently she starred in Kyle XY with Matt Dallas; the show's first season ran for 10 episodes, from June 26 - August 28, 2006.

- As Penny Chase in Quintuplets, she is intellectual and vigorously nonconformist. She dresses and styles her hair in the typical goth style. She acts as a foil for Paige and the other members of her family, often in surprising ways. Penny is smart and pretty, but has loads of anger issues.
- As Lori Trager in Kyle XY, she is a typical teenage schoolgirl whose life changes dramatically when her mother Nicole brings Kyle home.
