April Knight was a fictional character in the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. She was played by Adrienne Frantz from March to Summer 2003.

April was first introduced onto the show's canvas at a Forrester Creations press conference. Amber Forrester (also played by Frantz) was about to confess her past as a porn star, and announce her resignation from Forrester for fear that this revelation would cause bad publicity for the company. However, before Amber could speak, April, Amber's long-lost twin sister, burst in and declared (untruthfully) that she, not Amber, made the X-rated video, thereby saving Amber's career. Amber and her husband Rick (Justin Torkildsen), neither of whom knew April existed, thanked her for saving Amber and their company.

April spent time with Amber and eventually told her sister that the reason she had come to Los Angeles in the first place was to become a singer. April immediately hit it off with Rick's mother, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang), when she referred to Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) as the "drill sergeant", oblivious to Brooke's ongoing rivalry with Stephanie. April then took up residence with Rick, Amber and Brooke.

April was stunned when Craig Kilborn's manager came to the house looking for Eric (John McCook). Seeing this as an opportunity, she introduced herself as the girl in the video and told him that she was a singer. She auditioned fir him and he was impressed, and offered her a spot on The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn.

April soon met Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan). After he helped her negotiate her contract, April asked him to be her manager. She soon left L.A. to go on tour. Her currrent location is unknown.
