[edit] DevPlan

  • While I'm sure your company makes an "innovative approach to project planning and overall Application Lifecycle Management", that doesn't mean it necessarily merits an article in the encyclopedia. Please review WP:CORP and WP:SOFTWARE for the notability guidelines for business and software respectively. Thanks. VoiceOfReason 20:17, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
    • Thank you for your message and advice; I am in the process of editting the page.Apot360 20:27, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
      • You're very welcome. Here's a little bit more advice if you don't mind:
    1. Sign your posts on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~). That'll prevent the unsightly {{unsigned}} tag you see above.
    2. When somebody leaves a message on your talk page, it's usually customary to respond on his talk page. That'll ensure he sees the response.
Good luck, and happy editing. I look forward to see your rewrites to your articles... but again keep in mind the terms of WP:CORP and WP:SOFTWARE. If you really do believe that your company and its products meet these guidelines, be sure to include links to reliable sources that verify that they do. VoiceOfReason 20:26, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
        • Thank you for the advice and recommended readings; I have reviewed those articles and will continue to do so as I learn more about Wikipedia and its standards. In response to your request, I have included some legitimate articles and reviews on the product from very noteworthy publications in the software field.Apot360 20:36, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
