The Apostolic Exarchate for Ukrainians (Ukrainian:Апостольський екзархат у Великобританії, Latin: Apostolic Exarchate of Inghilterra e Galles) is an apostolic exarchate for Ukrainian Greek Catholics in Great Britain. The apostolic exarchate was erected on 10th June 1957 for the faithful of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in England and Wales and was extended to the whole of Great Britain on 12th May 1968.
The Ukrainian Greek Catholic Apostolic Exarch of Great Britain is the Rt Revd Paul Patrick Chomnycky, O.S.B.M.. He is a member of the Order of St. Basil the Great.
The Cathedral of the Apostolic Exarchate for Ukrainians is the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of the Holy Family in Exile, which is situated in Mayfair, London.
All Catholics, regardless of their Rite, can attend attend Sunday services at any Catholic church of any rite to fulfill their commitment. This means that, for example, Latin-rite Catholics can go to the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of the Holy Family in Exile to fulfill their commitment of worshipping God on Sundays while Ukrainian Greek Catholics can, in the same way, go to any Latin-rite Catholic church.
