The Municipality of Apodaca is one of the 51 subdivisions of the State of Nuevo León in Mexico. Most municipalities are named after its municipal seat, hence the municipal seat of the Municipality of Apodaca is the City of Apodaca.

The municipal government is headed by the municipal president of Apodaca (aka mayor of Apodaca).

The Municipality of Apodaca also includes the following population centers: Santa Rosa, Huinalá, Agua Fría and El Mezquital.
