Antwon Tanner

Antwon Tanner (born 1975) is an African-American television actor who is mainly known as "Skills" on the CW show One Tree Hill.

He is a recurring character on the CW television show One Tree Hill as Antwon "Skills" Taylor, a friend of Lucas Scott and Haley James-Scott (Chad Michael Murray). On the show he is portrayed as a talented basketball player and one of Lucas's best friends. He wasn't around a lot in the first season most likely due to the wanting to show Lucas's change in appearance in High School and shift of friends. He was mainly shown at the start the season. In the second season he is shown more as Lucas's old group of friends Haley James Scott, Ferguson "Fergie" Thompson, Marvin "Mouth" McFadden, and Jake Jagielski; combine with his new group of friends Nathan Scott, Tim Smith, Peyton Sawyer, and Brooke Davis. He is shown even more in Season Three as he begins to date Bevin Maskey a cheerleader and ditzy friend of Brooke Davis. He is present in the Study Hall room during the shootout at the school, the most serious episode in the series. In season 4 he becomes a series regular with his name appearing in the opening credits. Skills was also accepted to join the Raven's Basketball Team, taking Lucas' spot on the squad.
