Anton Žlogar (born 24 January 1977) is a Slovenian football player.

He played for NK Primorje, NK Gorica, Olimpija Ljubljana, Paralimni and since 2006 plays for Anorthosis Famagusta in Cyprus.

He played for the Slovenia national football team and was a participant at Euro 2000.
