Antoine Ponroy (born 15 April 1986 in Rouen, France) is a footballer currently at Scottish Premier League club Rangers.

In May 2006, Stanger moved from Stade Rennais FC, to Rangers to join up with countryman Paul Le Guen.

A promising defender who had yet to break into the Stade Rennais FC first team, he joined Rangers along with William Stanger, who he had risen through the ranks of the Rennes youth side with.

Since joining Rangers, Ponroy has become a regular in the reserve team where he features as a left sided centre half or at left back.
