Antiochia

Antiochia or Antiocheia or Antiochea or Antiokheia (Greek: Αντιόχεια) may refer any of several Hellenistic cities in the Near East most of which were founded or rebuilt by Antiochus I:
- Antiochia on the Orontes (Antiochia ad Orontem, Syrian Antiochia or Great Antiochia), now Antakya in Turkey
- Principality of Antiochia, a Crusader state centered thereon
- Antiochia Mygdonia, in ancient Mesopotamia, later Nisibis, now Nusaybin, Mardin Province, Turkey
- Antiochia, Pisidia (also Antiochia in Phrygia), now near Yalvaç, Isparta Province, Turkey
- Antiochia, also known as Tralles or Tralleis, now Aydın, Turkey
- Antiochia of the Chrysaorians, temporary name of Alabanda, Caria, now Araphisar (formerly Doğanyurt), Aydin Province, Turkey
- Antiochia on the Maeander (Antiochia ad Mæandrum), in Caria, formerly Pythopolis, ruins now near Kuyucak, Aydin Province, Turkey
- Antiochia, Lydia, precise location unknown, Turkey
- Antiochia in Commagene, another name for Samosata, now Samsat, Adıyaman Province, Turkey
- Antiochia in Troad, another name for Cebrene or Kevrin or Kebrene, now in Canakkale Province, Turkey
- Antiochia on the Callirhoe, former capital of Osroene, later named Justinopolis and Edessa, now Şanlıurfa, Turkey
- Antiochia on the Cydnus, another name for Tarsos or Tarsus, Mersin Province, Turkey
- Antiochia Lamotis (Antiochia in Isauria), now near Erdemli, Mersin Province, Turkey
- Antiochia ad Cragum (Antiochetta, Antiocheta, or Latin: Antiochia Parva), now Güney, Antalya Province in Turkey
- Antiochia ad Pyramum, ruins are now near Karataş, Adana Province, Turkey
- Antiochia ad Sarum (Antiochia in Cilicia), now Adana, Adana Province, Turkey
- Antiochia ad Taurum, in Cilicia later in Commagene, probably now Gaziantep, Turkey (less probably, Aleppo, Syria)
- Antiochia Paraliou, location unknown but some identify it with Antiochia ad Cragum; probably in Turkey
- Antiochia in Mesopotamia, also Antiochia in Arabia and Antiochia Arabis, probably near Viranşehir, Şanlıurfa Province, Turkey
- Antiochia in Persis, also Antiochia in Media and Antiochia of Chosroes, later Laodicea in Media, now Nahavand, Iran
- Antiochia in Susiana, later Charax, near the confluence of the Tigris and the Choaspes rivers, now in Iraq
- Antiochia in Sittacene, in ancient Sittacene, between the Tigris and Tornadotus, now in Iraq.
- Antiochia Hippos (Antiochia ad Hippum), in the Decapolis, now in Israel
- Antiochia Ptolemais, now Acre or Akko, Israel
- Antiochia Semiramis, also called Gadara, now Umm Qais, Jordan
- Antiochia in Pieria, now Arwad, Syria
- Antiochia in Margiana, now Merv, Turkmenistan
- Antiochia in Scythia, on the Jaxartes (Syr Darya) river, now probably in Uzbekistan
