Antiguo Cuscatlan is a city in El Salvador located north of San Salvador and to the west of Santa Tecla. It has a population of 47,578 according to the census of 2001. The city mayor is Milagro Navas from the political party of ARENA. Antiguo Cuscatlan is a rich municipality of San Salvador where the median income of a family is of $57,600.
