Anthony Segwart de Rosenroll was a provincial and territorial level politician in Canada.

He was first elected to Northwest Territories legislative assembly in 1898 and re-elected in 1902. In both Northwest Territories elections, he was acclaimed.

In 1905 when Alberta became a province he was elected to the first legislative assembly in the 1905 Alberta general election for the Alberta Liberal Party.
