Anthony Lloyd (born March 14, 1984 in Taunton) is an English professional footballer, currently playing as a full-back for York City.

Lloyd began his career as a trainee with Huddersfield Town, turning professional in August 2002. He made his league debut on September 27, 2003 in a 3-0 win at home to Leyton Orient and went on to make 42 league appearances for the Terriers.

He joined Torquay United in November 2005 on loan, and this was extended in January until the end of the season.

He joined York City in July 2006. He said he would relish having an exciting run in the FA Cup this season with York City, after twice facing Birmingham City last season with Torquay United.[2]
